We map workflows, storyboard experiences, and document procedures to guide successful content development.

AR and VR Content Development & Delivery

We can create AR and VR content by working with existing customer 2D or 3D models, or performing digital scans of equipment and live sites. All AR and VR content modules are developed in close collaboration with customer SMEs and project managers, and agile methods are used for delivering to ongoing milestones. Content can be distributed for use in VR headsets, laptop and desktop computers.

As a Premium Support customer, you are assigned a named Technical Account Manager (TAM) who becomes your technical advisor. Your TAM can help you create an XR adoption roadmap, advise on best practices for using the Metaversity Platform, connect you to XALTER technical experts, and assist with case escalations.

Our Metaversity platform subscribers receive 8 hours per week of foundational technical account management services. If you require more assistance, you can purchase additional TAM services.
